Supervision during FAHU / AHU assembly & connections.
On site training to contractor’s / client personnel for proper operation & maintenance.
Repairing or providing replacement parts, if found defective during warranty period.
Warranty Complaint Registration Procedures.
- Customer can register a warranty complaint, if AC unit under warranty is not working or performing or having any manufacturing defect by sending an email to Service dept. with following details;
- Warranty Certificate issued by Gulf Sail General Trading Co. L.L.C.
- Project / Site Address.
- Unit Model No. & Serial No.
- In case of Compressor complaint, Comp Model No & Serial No.
- Contact person’s details.
