Training in office to contractor’s personnel, regarding system & proper installation procedures, especially VRF.
Supervision / inspection of installation like ref piping brazing & pressure testing.
Supervision during vacuum, refrigerant charging & start up of unit.
Supervision during FAHU / AHU assembly & connections.
On site training to contractor’s / client personnel for proper operation & maintenance.
Repairing or providing replacement parts, if found defective during warranty period.
Warranty Complaint Registration Procedures.
Customer can register a warranty complaint, if AC unit under warranty is not working or performing or having any manufacturing defect by sending an email to Service deptt. with following details;
Warranty Certificate issued by Gulf Sail General Trading Co. L.L.C.
Project / Site Address.
Unit Model No. & Serial No.
In case of Compressor complaint, Comp Model No & Serial No.
